Hi, we’re goBuild. We’re happy to have you here. When we say ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘goBuild’ it’s because that’s who we are.

What you're buying:

A. License: When you buy an item, you acquire the right to use that item; you're not actually acquiring the item itself. What you get includes a license to use that item.

B. Terms of buying: When you buy an goBuild item you’re doing so on the following terms:

1. you warrant to us that you have carefully considered the suitability of your chosen item, and that you have chosen appropriately;

2. you cannot cancel a completed purchase of an item;

3. once you buy or download an item and the item has been paid for, you acquire a non-exclusive license to use that item under its intended purpose

4. goBuild retains ownership of the item;

5. your relevant details will be provided to the goBuild in order to facilitate the transaction, for example for invoicing and item support services; and

6. You can not repackage and/or modify for the purpose of sale goBuild files, templates or designs.

C. Warranties we make

the item is of acceptable quality and fit for the purpose for which it is 'sold';

the item matches the description given, as well as any item preview;

D. Refunds

Given the nature of digital content, a refund or credit on a purchase is not granted unless one of the warranties given as been breached, or a refund is required under Australian consumer law or other relevant consumer protection laws. E. Intellectual Property

1. What we own: We own all the goBuild content that we have put on goBuild website (unless otherwise stated and excluding content owned by others). This includes the design, compilation, and look and feel of the goBuild sites, and copyright, trademarks, designs and other intellectual property on goBuild. We own all the trademarks, logos, service marks and trade names on goBuild (unless otherwise stated and excluding these things owned by others). You will not copy, distribute, modify or make derivative works of any of our goBuild Content or use any of our intellectual property in any way not expressly stated in these terms.

2. What we don’t own: We do not own the 3D imagery and floorplans used on the website; our partners do. If you would like information on our partners please email our Support Team info@bluntagency.com

F. Software

goBuild template kits are designed to work with Adobe Indesign and a license for this software will be required to access and use the templates
